GDI sends out some great follow-up emails to every lead we send through our invite system. Ever so often I put my name and email address into my invite system to see what follow-up emails my prospects receive. I am highly impressed with all of them.

I suggest all of you that have not done so, check it out for yourself. You will be pleasingly surprised.  Then, after their emails have completed you can send your own email campaigns to continue to follow up as long as the prospect hasn't opted out.

77  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Do you need to build your website to permote GDI? on: August 05, 2005, 08:14:01 PM
Diane, the option to keep the website as it is or to make our own is an individual preference. I personally have left mine as is and I certainly don't have any regrets about that decision. It works fine for me but I am thinking of purchasing another one in which I will use the site builder.
For only $10.00 per month each I can afford to have more than one.

Hi,

I am curious as to what marketing strategies you have tried thus far? Have you discussed your goals with your upline sponsor?

All my best,
Norma  Shocked

Well, I chose "I have no earlthy idea" because I have had no success yet with anything I've tried Sad

Welcome, Ronnie!!

Have you talked with your upline sponsor yet? If not, I encourage you to contact him/her and if you can not reach this person then go on to the next sponsor. You should have 5 upline sponsors listed in your back office.  Please share your goals with them and together you can devise a marketing plan to help you reach your goals.

Also, I encourage you to check out each area of your back office thoroughly.  You will find most of your answers there.

There are many tips and suggestions posted by members in this forum. Check out the marketing section!!

Wishing you top success!!

I always encourage my new members to study everything in their back office before doing anything else. Then, they are to get back with me on any questions they have. According to their questions I then determine what to suggest next.

I don't want to move anyone forward until they have come to grips with the issue on hand.  Members are individuals with different mind sets and abilities.  Even though I have a set plan not all members go through it at the same pace. I am considerate to their needs and abilities first and foremost.

After they understand their back office then I encourage them to get on all the training calls they can. I even type up a training letter from the training calls to send to the members who were unable to attend.

I don't want my downline rushing into marketing until they feel they are ready to do so. Some come in with experience and are ready to move forward.  It is important for me to know their goals as well so I can help them with marketing strategies accordingly.  Some can spend more than others on advertising. As their sponsor, I have to take all this into consideration.

This is just my way. I am sure others do differently.

84  Administration / Announcements / Re: July 18 GDI Newsletter on: July 31, 2005, 10:26:37 PM
No, I haven't received any newsletters from GDI either.  I also checked to make sure I have everything enabled and I do.

Kyra, just wanted to let you know I was one of those who cast a vote in your poll. I just didn't have the time to respond with a personal message. Thank you for starting the poll.

I also agree highly with Marvin. Marketing outside of the box is my way as well.

Of course it takes different strokes for different folks. The key is to find out for ourselves what works best for us but we won't have that answer until we have put forth the effort, time, and patience.

Stefani, thank you so much for the link. I am certainly trying to learn all I can. Until I signed up for this business I never had the slightest interest in website building. Now, my mind has awakened to the many benefits and I am a determined and motivated student.

Kim, how did I miss the music the first time I viewed your site? Now, I am worried about myself!!

Anyway, I love it even more with the music.  It adds the finishing touch perfectly. Extremely Well Done!!

You get two thumbs up and a button!! (I haven't given out any buttons until now)

Hi Timothy,

We are not trying to reinvent the wheel by sharing different tips and suggestions. The training document should have already been reviewed by all members. The forum is just an added plus where we all get to share our thoughts and ideas and encouragement. I personally have been enriched by what I have learned here from other members. My business will be more successful because of the combination of all the pieces I utilize to keep the wheel turning.

All my best,
Norma  Shocked

Hello everyone! Great to read all the varied posts, and hear about members different marketing appproaches.
I'm just wondering why the http://website.ws/home/wealthguide document isn't displayed more prominently in the forum. It's the bare essentials for the beginner right? You know, that thing we're not supposed to reinvent.
