Title: New member error and cant join

I have someone that is wanting to join and they are getting an error and will not let them continue after the last screen on the billing page. I am just wondering what is going on and if there is anything to be done about this? She is using a debit card. I need help fast just incase i loose them.

Hmmmm That's strange! Have your new member check with their bank, it sounds like a "bank security" issue with their card.  ???
