I was afraid someone would ask me that! Got from a swedish website so there is language problem here!
But it should work, do like this:
Go to
www.niklasson.net/formFill in Your name = Ditt namn
Fill in your email = Din e-post
Fill in your website (http://...) = Din hemsida
You will receive a code to paste on your website but
don't use that one. I changed the code slightly (thanks to GDI I know what a htlm code is!) to have english text at the boxes instead of swedish.
This is the code to paste. Look at the 1st and 3rd row, copy your id from the code that niklasson.net will send to you and change the id number, otherwise your leads will be sent to me!
