Hello and Hafa Adai, Buenas!

In our island we say hello and greetings everyone.  I am a GDI member and find myself in and out or sometimes in the middle of networking. I am here to see how things are going so far with new members.  I am very impressed since being a member because the tools people share with you are links and support outside of the office.  Do follow what is advised by you up-line or just ask those who have been members for awhile.  I am learning much more about GDI and the topics and leads are endless.  The more resources you know the better of you will be.  I have been a member for about a year now and I am thankful I have been here this long.  I am banking on my second year.  Do please check the list of members because you might just know someone or just tap them and say hello. At GDI all members are to be treated equal.  Your going to have fun learning in a unique way.  Good luck and never stop asking questions.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Cathrina

I like the idea that GDI should support the non-profit programs where they matter most.  Working from the home and community.  Today I happen to share some insights of the parents who attended a Christmas Family Potluck and Island Girl Power.  The organization has become a fan to say the least my secondary mother home to at risk youth and families.  We are going to host several projects and I thought of this idea.  What if we teach basic computer courses and teach kids about business, social networking, cyber bullying and all of these positive things we do in real life with real parental concerns. I have been testing the water and out of blind fold to see where my conversation goes as I build on valuable relationships.  My partners think it is a good idea since I am able to teach at least the basics.  I kind a like what GDI promoted in one of their announcements.  Quote .. and even your grandmother can do it"  If I can teach adult level classes like to the kids.  I had the GDI motto as my primary sponsor.  I am already promoting it to the students I care very much about and do all of their advertisements, T-shirts, business cards and created one with my Partner.  We both work hand in hand and now we run our programs like a fun and caring business outlet to assist youth and their families.  If we can mentor then we are able to reach many who might just look at working with their friends and special groups.  I thought of Skate Clubs, Tutoring Clubs and some of the ways positive role modeling trains through communication.  I am not sure about the rules but I know that every supportive business sees the positive end result to sponsor an organization.  This is just and idea.  If anyone is already doing this we would like to learn more.  Happy Holidays everyone.

I was just going down the list of members asking the very same questions about how GDI is suppose to work.  The tips are available is how often we use those sites to inform people where to go.  I have been promoting GDI already for 11 months now and yes everyone, 8 visitors but no buyers.  What ever we are doing is normal, what ever the rest are doing it is normal. But what we haven't been doing is following up with the visitors which I am going to go back anyway and find out if the prospects I have are in or chose to opt out.  I found out it would take at least 7 written contacts of follow ups before the prospect tells you thanks but no thanks.  If this theory is true, don't give up and simply move forward.  There is a Grandmother on board, and she is sharing concerns and would like answers.  My opinion is there isn't many coaching enough to quickly reply back to the members.  I am in the same situation.  If you are reading my statement, thanks, I know your are real person here and I know you all are.  Here are some suggestions that I am doing and links to get you checking out what's going on. Others have directed me there and if you already own your own website, that's a good thing.  GDI has website styles choices you can test and they are really nice ones too.  I will be open to anyone who is willing to continue communications with me.  But also will learn about them and where are they with the network building.  Here are already some programs that are helping build my business and should you want to learn more, like with the other sites.  We must visit the site to get the full value of what they have to offer.  I just want to resourceful and once you go there.  Say my name so people will know that I am around.  I don't just stop at GDI but it is my primary site because I am investing already.  Marketing gets you around and it is free just about everywhere.  It's how you engage yourself and go to research those answers.  Once you have a established a site that your comfortable with and gained relationships with other people, you'll be surprised how many people want to know how things work over there too.  It both works hand in hand.  My suggestion but it's up to you.  I am new still to learning more.

Don't scare your customers relate them.  Good luck everyone.

Hello and Hafa Adai Everyone,

My name is Cathrina, but out there I am the ladyisland.  I kind of got into GDI just by browsing and this nice red ferrari attracted me.  All it said was Do you want to go for a ride.  Got the joy ride here and still am here.  Since I registered, my sponsor gave me a boost and some coaching along the way.  So I then began my research on other things that I wanted to test out and try other than GDI.  I am not a Guru like some people but I also learned that by teaching these tips and actually demonstrating it. I do want to make comment on the members who do such a great job.  Maybe for me it's a long term goal, and what we have is a group of wonderful leaders on here that offer their support.  People are out there struggling, who isn't?  Although I came back to let everyone know that your going to do very well if we follow the golden rule.  If we meet out in the real world of people who seem lost.  This is a good way to say what can I do to help you.  Be free speak with manners and people will follow.  I am still a newbie and still much much more to learn and so far I love GDI.  Never Gift Up.

Hello I am here and been around.  Asking how to begin working with Down Line.  What is the main objective to these people.  Are these folks on a trial first?  Do we need to keep them connected?  How does it work to those who are still committed to GDI?  Any suggestions about down lines?  Where are they at so I can know who is below me if applicable.

Hello Eveyone on GDI,

Wow, I see that some of you want out already.  You shouldn't let your horses go without feeding them first.  It's like a growing chance of those who are very patient to see results here and even if loyal maybe forever!   I don't know about anyone else out here but the chances of getting sales can be easily manipulated but you have to take the first step to introduction.   If you know how to use your strategies in knowing what to say or entice your visitors to check out your website.  Be real, honest and upfront of the program.   I really think that $ 10.00 per month brings more in the end result.   However if your new and don't know where to go.  Sometimes I think it's ok to ask the next in command. Isn't that the way we should be communicating?   GDI I have discovered has some people I never knew people I now already know who has confident in GDI.  Can any of you pray for me on this one?   Much more what you do out there makes a big impact.  Do your best, smile at your visitors, and always remember this.  If you found a sponsor and want to do more.  I think then it should be appropriate to ask the next line of command.  As eager to work and get the message out to my readers, the more I think they may and I just said Maybe they might reconsider the odds in their case NO CHOICE.   Good Luck Everyone!

Hello and I am a newbie on GDI from the inside, however on the outside world I am everywhere.  Very concerned about GDI not have translation services to help new incoming members who want to enroll.   If only the world spoke one language and everyone will have not problems understanding.   I ask a friend to proof read or go over the note and tell me what it says.

Hi Gerald,

When you say think outside the box.  That means a successful business stream of team building.  I work in a capacity level of all types of ages.  From students, parents, non-profit organizations, music artists, and online shopping for the whole family wish list beyond.   Of all the other sites I still work for, GDI must be my first priority.  The others can second guess on their wish list shopping needs because it is for seasonal or just because reasons as why one gets a gift.  If GDI has a place that is so different, then why not shoot for the moon to brighten all of our days?   The reality is folks we have to get out there and share and share and share until it is the right key word of solution to help the people asking.   I use Yedda to bring my potential customers, I use the most popular social networking site and that is Myspace.  What I have also learned that just about every site is willing to cross the bridge to meet us half way in the other side.  Now those are the resources and people we need to thanks.  I being classified as a newbie, that's ok with me.  People are looking for everyday type of people and not so Millionares.   I don't need that to become my pitch for encouragement.  When the time is right folks believe me, they will find another time to ask you the tough questions.  For me I just direct them to the site.
