I believe one of the most effective ways to promote anything is 10 second marketing. Less is more here. Example: Ask someone if they need extra money (who doesn't) send them to the website. Next!  Do that 1000 times a year. In 3-5 years you can retire!

What haven't I done? I was an actor in Hollywood. I studied International Economics in Oxford. I was invited to play doubles in Wimbledon. I did a four year stint in Alaska and Las Vegas. I was in SFI. I am still in The Greatest Vitamin and promote it heavily. I get paid $100 for each person I sign up and recently ran an ad campaign which breaks December7. I tried GHS and the Internet Marketing Center. I also tried CB Mall, and three hundred other Clickbank products! The problem there is once you find a product you want to buy you just delete your cookies and buy it from yourself and keep the commission.

I also promote Money Dragon which is real cool and it only cost $20.00 and the money is deposited directly into Paypal or Egold. It is a 2up system so it can really build a nice residual if you promote it a lot...Oh well, I am rambling. One more. I just joined Acai Plus because I was attracted to the health benefits and compensation plan. To say I have a few irons in the kettle would be an understatement. This year it is going to be about FOCUS and COMMITMENT!

I am using the Free Vista Print cards and they are starting to work. If you ask my wife she will tell you I am the original cheapskate! Not so cause if I am in Las Vegas I am ordering Surf and Turf at Gallagher's! Everyone has to know their limitations...LOL

Hooray! Everytime my sponsor contacts me they are trying to sell me something else! I find this completely un-professional...

Get back to basics. Use business cards and flyers and DVD's. There are too many people online promising to increase your business while lining their pockets with your hard earned money! I speak from experience...
 
This morning I was talking to a lady at the employment agency and we got on the topic of JOBS. Although she likes hers she will be there another 8 years to retire and the pension she will receive is minimal unless the corporate chiefs rob the pension funds!  DID I SEE AN OPEN DOOR HERE? I gave her a card, talked about the business, and she was saying I know 5-10 people who would be very interested beside myself!

Keep your ears open folks. There is always opportunity out there!

My response to rejection. Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Someone's Waiting, Next! It truly is sad to think that most of our world has been indoctrinated into the world of legal bondage called a job! I have never had a job or boss that I loved until I started working from home! The most important thing in GDI is you have to STAY WITH IT! As far as the $10.00 a month goes it is a no brainer! If someone even uses 33 cents a day as an objection tell them they should open a McDonalds instead. They are currently around 1-2 million dollars!

 

I saw a couple of really nice Capture Pages in the show your website section. One was a girl in a bikini and the other was a family. Are these GDI capture pages and if so how do I get one. I think they would be effective in my marketing. Thank you. Brad 
 

Great advice Sean! I was one who gave up all the time. I have decided to do two things this time around. Commit and Focus! What people do is make this too hard. I have magnetic signs on my truck and people look at them all the time so I know they are getting responses. I am ordering business cards ASAP. They are beautiful cards. I am getting some DVD's as well. I will also post flyers where allowed! I am going to stick with this for a year minimum and see what happens.

 

I wrote an article to an ezine explaining this topic exactly. I caution all new people to stay clear of companies that promise Targeted Traffic to your website. This traffic is useless and it will only rob you of your money. Pay Per Click is so expensive any more and a person needs to visit a site 7 times before they will even make a decision plus a lot of your competitors will click on your site to waste your budget. Too many uncertainties for me. I like good old fashioned newspapers. There are so many 5 and 10 dollar a week places to place ads. The response will be very good but I cannot stress enough to be CONSISTENT! You have to place an ad and leave it alone for a month or two so you can build REPUTATION thru REPETITION! Also use flyers and business cards. With your business cards use 10 second marketing. Ask someone if they need extra money? Give them a card and ask them to visit the website.
