Hi Werner,

I am still following up with my leads and I'll do that
until they sign up GDI or opt out.
I have a few DVD's, they are great, but I cannot
do much with them here (I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina
where hardly anyone speaks English).
That's why I do mostly online advertising.

Sanjinka

You can create simple splash page and generate leads on your own.
That's what I do.
I generated 155 leads in 3 weeks using only 2 traffic exchange programs.
Of those 155 leads I got two GDI affiliates.
This works.

Hi Antoine,

As far as I understood it, you are with GDI only one week?

It takes time to find which advertising is the best for you
and it takes time to build your business.

If you quit, you will miss a great opportunity.

52  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: Can anyone please tell me how do i set up a lead capture page!! on: October 05, 2006, 12:25:32 PM
Hi Antoine,

"What IS A Lead Capture Page"?

It's simple really,  A lead capture page is a simple website designed
with ONE course of action...They are fast loading, visually appealing
one page websites that vividly describe the benefits and features of your
products or opportunity.

The purpose of a lead capture page is to entice your visitor to enter
their personal contact details to request more information about your
offer.

Hope this helps,
Sanjinka

Hi Brad,

I've been in online business since 1999. Been everywhere,
done everything. Mostly wasted my money.
The programs I made some money
and I stay some time with were:

SFI and Empowerism.

I dropped both of them and decided to dedicate
all my time to GDI!

Hi,

Do you use lead capturing pages on traffic exchange programs?
These are pages that have a form on themselves so you
can catch people's names and email addresses.
If you don't use them, you are wasting your time
and credits.

57  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: Any success with safelists? on: August 04, 2006, 04:26:47 PM
Hi Luis,

The Safe List Defined:

A safe list is basically an email discussion list that you become a "member" of. The terms you agree to when you enroll is that you will permit all the members of the list to send email to YOU in exchange for the right to send email to THEM without having to worry about SPAM complaints. Some lists allow daily postings, some only allow weekly postings and some are based on a "credit" system where you earn "mailing credits" by reading the emails you receive from the list and visiting website links those emails. Usually for each "mailing credit" you earn (or that you purchase) you can send an email to one member of the list. For example...if you had 10,000 credits in your account and the list had 13,000 members, you could only send to 10,000 of those members. Please be sure to read and understand the rules of each list you join.

I would send an email like this one:

[begin safelist email]

SUBJECT: Let's exchange contact information

I'm looking for people who want to have REAL communication
with me about online marketing strategies.

Feel free to contact me if you're interested, but please
don't send me a bunch of advertising messages
because I'm only interested in sharing marketing ideas with you.

Please contact me at: youremailaddress?subject=NEW_CONTACT

Leave the words "NEW_CONTACT" in the subject line
so I know to add your information into my contact manager.

Please include the following information when you reply:

1. Your full name
2. Valid email address
3. AOL IM username
4. Phone number

Here is my contact information for YOUR records:

NAME
EMAIL ADDRESS
AOL/YAHOO/MSN IM:
Phone:

I'm looking forward to corresponding with you and
finding out how we can mutually benefit each other's
marketing efforts.

Sincerely,
NAME
EMAIL ADDRESS

[end safelist email]

Your first goal is to attract attention and get the person
to actually open and read your email.

Some of the safelists (the credit based ones) give incentive
for their members to open and read their emails
and earn more mailing credits.

These are generally VERY responsive.
Play with your subject lines. Be creative.
Don't send sales letters. Don't send ads.
Offer your contact information.
Offer to exchange contact information....etc.
The idea is to generate a contact list at this point.

Hi,

Yes, you can generate lots of leads using safelists.
You just have to use them wisely.
Never promote your opportunity in your
safelist. Instead, offer something of value
for free. That way you will build a list
of network marketers who can become
your team members eventually.

Hi,

I suggest you to order as much GDI DVDs as you can afford. I have just received my DVDs and watched GDI presentation. I have to tell you that I am blown away how simple yet professionally they are produced!!! You don't need to say a word about GDI, you just hand out DVD to people who express interest in home based business. DVD will sell it for you!!!!
