31  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Tax question on: July 04, 2010, 08:56:06 AM
Right on I appreciate the help.  I do have another question, I built my own website and i think it looks pretty good but do you feel that the replicated sites will get more hits then the one i just built.  My site never comes up when I google key words or even my domain name.  Will I have to pay for advertising on the web?

Hi Robert,

If you send me the link to your website I will take a look at it.
It sounds as though your site is not indexed yet.
You have made the right move by building your own website and NO you do not have to pay Google to get your site indexed or found online.
I have got several sites at the top of Google search in a very competitive arena and I have never paid a penny to get there.
You can find out more on how I do things by going to http://www.kimbro.net

Kitty.

I don't think so.
However if you change your hosting settings to "Basic Hosting" you can use any template you want.
To find out how to do this and get all the tools you need for absolutely free go to:

No need to sign in or jump through any hoops - this is free public information and resources.

34  .WS Business / Training / Re: tips for success - get out of the dark ages! on: May 13, 2010, 02:45:59 AM
When I read the instructions given by so many here I wonder if we are in 2010.
Most of the strategies outlined here sound like they were created in the dark ages [before the advent of the Internet].
Wake up people - we now have the most incredible communication tool ever!
We don't need to head hunt anybody anymore!
People will come to you willingly of their own accord - if you let them.
They are actually searching for YOU by the millions - right now - online.
All you have to do is let them find you.
Then show them that you care enough about their success to gain their confidence.
Do this correctly and they will step into your red GDI car and you can tear down the
Cyberspace super highway together.
Cheers,
Kitty.

37  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: New member on: April 18, 2010, 04:04:34 PM
How can I find out how many hits I have gotten on my website?
I have advertised it for thousands of times but the only figure I see is something like three hits if I am looking at the right stuff

Hi D_Graham.

The hit logs only tell you how many people actually clicked through to the replicated "website.ws/(your affiliate name)"
If your website links to the "website.ws/(your affiliate name)" then it means that only three people who came to your website clicked through to your replicated site.

To track all/any site statistics go to Google and sign up for Google Analytics [it is free].
Google will give you a code snippet to place on your site which will track everything for you and give you in-depth information on where your visitors came from etc.

Hope this info helps,

Cheers,

Kitty.
38  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: How can you be successful when you don't have any contact with the outside world on: April 17, 2010, 06:44:01 AM
How can you be successful, when you have not contact with the outside world?? I homeschool, and we live way out in the country, and I really don't have any contact with anyone. My kids and I are all we have. How do I find leads that I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for?? Is there a training class for people like me? Where do I even start? I just need some advice to where I will need to start. Please anyone who would give me some advice please feel FREE to do so. I have to make this work because I have two teenagers now and it is time to buy cars and send them to college. We also just bought a new house. Thank you so much for all your advice and help in advance!
Julia

Hi Julia,
Your computer is your contact with the outside world. You can reach more people worldwide via the internet than you could possible meet in person.
Personally I find Internet Marketing far more successful than direct marketing.
My formula in being successful with any Internet business including GDI is:

Great Product [GDI] + website [GDI hosting] + hoards of targeted Traffic coming to your website = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I have been making a full time income online for years. Everything I have learned is outlined in easy to follow step by step free tutorials on my sites.

Getting interested people to look at your offers is easy when you know how - so avail yourself of my free information 24/7.

Nothing will happen if you do not take action. Be prepared to put time and effort into your own business. It takes dedicated effective WORK to build your business.

Your work will be handsomely rewarded if you do not waste time on useless methods advertised by every would be if they could be Guru out there.

Cheers,

Kitty.

40  .WS/GDI Discussion / New Member? / Re: Greetings from the UK on: March 01, 2010, 03:00:45 AM
Hi to all from the UK,

I live in Australia [hope all of you from the UK won't hold that against me].

The internet has afforded us the luxury of being able to communicate over these vast distances as though we were next door to each other.

I have been making a full time income online for over 7 years - but I clearly remember how daunting and confusing my first tentative steps were, when I started my journey.

When I first joined GDI back in 2004 I found my uplines to be very responsive - they really tried to help, trouble was they didn't have the experience in internet marketing themselves and it was like the blind leading the blind.

Also I was not interested in direct marketing. I determined from the outset that I would not chase people - phone people - hand out flyers and business cards - hold meetings - attend meetings etc.

Please don't misinterpret me here [direct marketing works when implemented correctly. It just does not appeal to me personally]
As far as I was concerned I'd rather clean toilets for a living than have to chase friends or any people to join any program.

My aim was to promote GDI via internet marketing were people would find me without solicitation.

At first I could not make it work [lack of my own experience], I bought some lead packages and started to email market the leads - the results were pathetic!

I then tried free traffic exchanges - I got a lot of clicks to my GDI marketing pages - but no sign ups. I tried free advertising sites because I could not afford any paid advertising - still no sign ups. One of my uplines wrote to me and told me the only way I was going to get recruits was to use the direct marketing methods as outlined in the GDI back office.

I was about to cancel my GDI account but was carted away by an ambulance before I could do so. For the next seven months I was hospitalized a further five times and too ill to even switch on my computer.

I had forgotten all about the GDI program. So imagine my amazement when I finally opened my emails after 7 months and found that I had received five months of commission payments from GDI.

At first I thought this must be a huge mistake and that I would have to refund all the money. Then I saw all the people in my downline and all the people in my autoresponder which I had set up with an optin form on my own sales page seven months ago.

I can't tell you how excited I was. Not just about the money in my account - more important was the fact that I proved to myself that my pitiful beginner attempts at internet marketing had already given me these results.

Buoyed with enthusiasm, I made it my business to learn everything I could about internet marketing. I have never looked back and am grateful for my blessings on a daily basis.

So if there is any one here, having a tough time starting maybe I can make the road easier for you.

I have created a free online study at my site open to anyone who is interested in Internet Marketing.

You can access the "Kimbro's Study" 24/7 - nothing to join - no forms to fill - just go to the blue orb under my picture on the left side of this post or do a Google search.

When you enter the Kimbro's Study do yourself a favor and read everything in the order it is given.

If you are already a GDI member just ignore the prompts to join GDI within the 'Kimbro's Study". The information is for everyone even if you are not in my GDI downline.

I hope my information will make your road to a full time income with GDI a lot easier than it was for me.

Cheers,

Kitty.

41  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: What "tools" do you need to succeed... on: February 28, 2010, 07:53:32 AM
Very well said Tim Mendoza,

Until I put a system in place for all my team to follow the attrition rate was appalling.

Then the second problem was for newbies to generate traffic to their websites so that they could recruit via the internet.

I solved that problem as well with my Free Website Traffic methods.

The third element is the rapport you need to develop with your team - this is something I can only attempt to teach. Some people have a natural aptitude and the right mind set.
Others just aren't prepared to help anyone.

All I can really do about this is to lead by example - hopefully helping my downline will rub off - and they in turn will help their downline.

Cheers,

Kitty.
42  .WS Business / Marketing / How Do You Recruit People? on: February 11, 2010, 02:51:36 AM
The way I see it is yo have two options when recruiting people.

1] Direct Marketing - You solicit people to join you - send out emails - Dvd's etc.

2] Internet Marketing -You have people joining you via your own website.

The first method, Direct Marketing, works if you are prepared to work very hard to get sign ups. Then work feverishly to try and teach your sign ups to do the same, only to find that they quit after a few months.
I used the methods outlined by GDI when I started years ago. I had 1800 people in my downline. After 6 months I found that only 60 people of those original people remained.

I was about to quit GDI $60 per month was certainly not worth the effort of 10 hour work days.

I ended up in hospital and did not access my computer for 5 months. Imagine my surprise when I saw my PayPal account had $300 payments from GDI.

To my amazement those 60 people where still all active! 12 on my first level and 48 in the rest of the downline.

Why had these people stayed in when all the others had left? These 60 people had all built there Own Websites. They were happy with the hosting services and they were not all that interested in making a residual income.

This got me to thinking. If I could set up a website that would recruit for me and I could give the same website to my downlines so that they could recruit, we should all do very well.

That worked for me but my downlines were still having trouble getting customers/traffic to their websites. Some were even losing money using PPC advertising.

So my next step was to develop a product which would enable everyone to get hordes of free website traffic to their sites.

Bingo! We are now Internet Marketing in style -no more hours of slavery - no more leads - no more lists - no more submitting to free advertising sites.

Finally I can see the dream come true just get 10 people who get 10 people 5 levels deep = over $100,000 per month!

For me Intenet Marketing is definitely the way to go.

I now only spend around 1 hour a week on the GDI program. I have 10 people on my first level I spill over all the sign ups from my website to my next level who all have their own websites and my down lines do the same.

Every one on the team is happy, so no more dropouts. You won't find me on the leader board because I do not use DVD's in my marketing.

To summarize: If you like Direct Marketing - go for it - follow the instructions in your GDI back office - no need to reinvent the wheel.

If you want to learn my methods of Internet Marketing I have set up a free Online Study at my website. You are welcome to use all the information there even if you are not on my team.

Send me a PM for details.

Cheers,

Kitty.

43  .WS/GDI Discussion / New Member? / Re: Calling all Australians on: January 18, 2010, 02:38:12 AM
G'Day,

I live on the Gold Coast in Sunny Queensland, Australia.
I just love GDI been hosting here for years & years - been receiving a healthy check, for years.
Intend to stay for Years & years.

In case you are confused, when I joined GDI I was known as Kitty Brown [marriage name],so my GDI account is in the name of Kitty Brown.
I now go under the name of Kitty Jellinek [maiden name displayed on most of my websites].

This is a world wide business, I use Internet Marketing as my recruitment tool. I find that people from all over the world love GDI, Australians included.

If you promote the GDI business via your own GDI website, then the site will do all the recruiting for you.

However you must be prepared to promote your site or no one will know your site exists.

Cheers,

Kitty

Hi Everyone,
This is my first visit to the forum. I live on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia.
This is really exciting. I joined GDI because I've come to the conclusion [from hard earned experience]
that the best way to promote your business is over the internet. Successful Email marketing is getting harder by the month.
However getting customers to come to you willingly can be accoplished by getting a presence on the world wide web.
What a great oportunity we all have to do just that with our .ws hosting!

To Your Rapid Success,
KittyBrown
