Hello Jahanzeb,

Customers may have ONLY 1 active account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our policies and may result in suspension and/or termination of your account(s).

Section 32 of IAPP:

32. A partnership, limited liability company or corporation may be an Affiliate. However, no individual may have an interest, legal or equitable, in more than one (1) GDI business or Affiliate Agreement in any form without express written permission from GDI. Only in the most extreme and extraordinary circumstances will this be considered.

Documentation:
I uploaded the requested documentation via the requested email address and requested that they email a confirmation of receipt. A couple of hours later, I get ANOTHER email from a completely different email saying send the documentation or I don't get paid this month. I replied to that one, sending a second set of documents. They still don't reply. there is no status ID on my account that I can find to say that my documentation is received and approved.

I'm in the UK and frankly, I don't see why I should waste a transatlantic phone call on people who can't even be bothered to acknowledge an email which has my passport details attached.

Any suggestions? I expected better service from an established company like GDI. Surely a status ID could be added to your account to show that your documents are received.

Jenny Fletcher

Hello Jenny,

ALL emails are replied to in the order they are received. Please allow 24-48Hours for a response from .WS Support Department.

As always, we appreciate our customer's input. Your suggestion regarding the Status ID has been forwarded to our executive committee.

109  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: EMAIL HELP on: July 08, 2010, 09:43:00 AM
here is a stupid question. what does email prefix mean.

Hello Ken,

A prefix is the part of the e-mail address that appears before the '@' symbol. So for example, if you were to create an email address such as ken@yourdomain.ws, 'ken' would be your email prefix.

It clearly state in the benefits of premium membership, that three i month gift cards are received every month - yet some posts seem to suggest that you receive one gift card a month over a three month period - what is the definitive answer?

Kin Regards,

Hello Julian,

Premium members receive 3 1-Month Gift Cards per month.
111  .WS Business / Marketing / Little Known Secret That Can Help You Boost Your Sign Ups! on: June 30, 2010, 01:01:56 PM
Very often customers ask:

Can I host a seminar and sign up referrals from computers set up at the seminar?

Can I print out the registration process, have people fill it out, and later on I sign them up from my own computer?

Can I register accounts for everyone in my family?

Can I register accounts for all of my friends?

Can I register accounts for members of my Church, Class, ___ Group, etc.?

The answer to these common questions is NO. Every new member must register their own account from their own computer or preferred point of internet access. During the registration process some personal and private information must be given; it is essential that this information be entered by the actual person registering a GDI account. Also, there are certain agreements that a customer must read, agree to, and digitally sign off on.

Here at GDI we understand that losing a "Hot" prospect can be very frustrating. You go through a lot of time and effort explaining the product, the services, and the potential of the GDI opportunity only to have to say "Well, when you get home, make sure to check out my website!" and hope that your prospect remembers to follow through and visit your site and eventually still feels excited enough to sign up.

Well, we have the solution for you! It is a very little known secret that many successful GDI affiliates take advantage of called the GDI Hotline! Best of all it's a FREE service offered by GDI that is available to ALL GDI members!

The way the GDI Hotline works is like this:

1. Your prospect calls the GDI Hotline number, 1-800-MY-DOT-WS (1-800-693-6897) or for international prospects, 1-760-602-3030.

2. They are requested to give their sponsors username or access code (please make sure to give your prospects YOUR username or email address correctly).

3. After a prospect has given their sponsors username or access code, they are required to listen to a short audio presentation.

4. Once the audio presentation has ended they will be asked to leave the following information:

First and Last Name

Email Address

Telephone number

5. Once they have successfully entered their information into the phone system, they can immediately begin to take advantage of the GDI Hotline as well. They can begin to refer their own prospects to the GDI Hotline using their email address as their access code.

6. 24-48 hours after entering their information into the GDI Hotline, your prospect will receive an email informing them that they must complete their GDI account registration. Once they have completed the registration process they will display properly in your downline. If they referred any members to the GDI Hotline, they will appear in their downline, as well as yours, as soon as they have completed their registration process.

114  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: Ads, Flyers and Business Letters on: June 22, 2010, 10:08:09 AM
I have 7 questions about the GDI flyer as depicted here: http://website.ws/home/flyer

1. Are affiliates permitted to print the GDI flyer in large A3 or A2 paper sizes?
2. If affiliates own their own "physical shop with street visible window space", does GDI permit affiliates to advertise a large aspect version of the GDI flyer in their own shop window?
3. Is the GDI flyer allowed to be handed to people whom the affiliate may not know or has never met before?
4. Can the flyer be pinned to a public notice boards?
5. Are affiliates permitted to promote GDI via door to door?
6. Can the flyers be left under car windshields?
7. Any GDI restrictions with leaving flyers in household mail boxes?

Thank you anyone for your information.
Stephen Hanley

Hello Stephen,

You are more than welcome to use and print the GDI flyer in whatever size paper fits your marketing campaign. The GDI flyer is considered a GDI authorized marketing piece of material. Therefore, as long as it is used properly and within your country's, state, or local laws there is really no restrictions as to what you can do with it.
115  Administration / Forum Rules, Forum Tutorials, and GDI FAQs / Re: GDI Premium FAQs on: June 21, 2010, 11:29:43 AM
I have a question about the GDI Premium Lottery, it states that GDI selects 3 winners daily. Daily winners will be in rotation to receive new trial signups that do not have an affiliate sponsor (registered under GDI's catch account). How many affiliates do each of the lottery winners each receive?

Thank you!  Cheesy

Hello Stephen,

The number of sign-ups that GDI lottery winners receive vary depending on the number of sign ups received through GDI's catch account during a 24 hour time-frame. We take the total number of new sign ups that came through GDI's catch account during the 24 hour time-frame and divide by three, and give them out in the order that we drew the names.

118  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Need Code for Video on: June 08, 2010, 11:04:21 AM

I had previously embedded code from someone elses YouTube video, and now that video has been removed and tonight I noticed my site no longer has the video showing on it... I'm trying to embed the the GDI video shown here: http://website.ws/kvmlm2/index.dhtml?sponsor=cashflowforums&template=11

Am I able to embed this into my html website without using site-builder?
Is GDI able to provide the code necessary for this? It would be a massive help!

thank you for any feedback!

Hello Stephen,

Unfortunately we do not provide the source code for our videos to be used outside of GDI authorized pages or SiteBuilder.

119  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: How do I convert our convert these banners?? on: June 07, 2010, 10:45:30 AM

I'm trying to add banners to my to a marketing website and it says I need to convert the html code from my banners and post it in a different form. Our banner codes from GDI look like the 2 following html groups and the 3rd one below is what they're saying to convert it to. HOW DO I CONVERT???

1.
GIF BANNER
a href="http://www.website.ws/kvmlm2/my.dhtml?sponsor=gearstone&bannercode=gif001&language=english"><img src="http://images.website.ws/images/english/banners/kvmlm2/468x60_01.gif" border=0></a>

2.
ANIMATED BANNER
value="http://images.website.ws/images/english/banners/kvmlm2/468x60_01.swf?usetop=1&link1=http%3A%2F%2Fwebsite%2Ews%2Fkvmlm2%2Fmy%2Edhtml%3Fsponsor%3Dgearstone">
  <param name=quality value=high>
  <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always">
  <embed

3.  How their asking for it.
It says if I have html code for a banner I need to take out the code and use the link to look something like this:

http://some_domain.com/your_banner.gif

How do I convert so I can use my banner on that site?

Thanks

Hello Shawn,

Unfortunately we are unsure as to what type of conversion you are referring to or how the marketing website is attempting to use a banner image. We do not offer any type of banner conversion services. Typically the way banners work is by basically being an interactive image hyperlink. Instead of displaying a regular hypertext link like this http://www.website.ws, people can tie a link to an image so that when someone clicks on the image they are taken to a specific URL. The image itself does not contain anything special. We do not provide specific banner images for each individual member of ours. The banner image on all of our banners is a generic one, the only thing that makes the banner unique to a specific member is the coding or hyperlink on it which contains the member's unique sponsor id. If you would like to use the .GIF image on the banner mentioned above you may use the following URL:

http://images.website.ws/images/english/banners/kvmlm2/468x60_01.gif

Hopefully you have found the information in this response helpful, if you still have questions about your inquiry or would like to discuss this matter in more detail we would suggest contacting our support department directly.

Hello, when I sign up for GDI Premium is it $40 per month plus the $10 monthly fee or is it included in the $40?  Thanks, Jim

Hello Jim,

As stated in our Premium FAQs section above:

1. Does the $40 include my regular monthly service and domain?

No.  The GDI Premium package is an additional purchase.

The $10 monthly service fee per domain still applies.
